We have been so fortunate in the past 9 months to have met so many selfless people who have never hesitated to help us out whenever we needed them. It would be impossible to truly repay them for all of their time however we wanted to show our appreciation somehow. We invited everyone over for lunch this past weekend in order to get everyone together and express our gratitude.
We were so glad so many of them could make it--I was even looking forward to getting the opportunity to introduce the babies to the two doctors I have the most respect for--Dr. Saleh and Dr. Shah; unfortunately they were both out of town. I hope they get to meet them soon. They both played such a large role in the good health of both the babies and myself.
As the school year approaches we are working on getting a schedule together for coverage this fall. If there is anyone interested in getting involved in our crazy day-to-day lives please let us know:). The days we are most in need of help are Thursdays and Fridays. My mom will be coming up again this year--God Bless her for being so selfless as well--without her there is no way any of this would be possible!
Giovanni was the first to need a haircut--no surprise there!! He did a pretty good job, not even sure he knew he got it cut. Tina--another volunteer who has become a close family friend cut it at our house...just a little trim but made a big difference!
