since Mariah offered to help out every Tuesday at our house mom has gotten a little "vacation" and has been able to stay at home. While I'm sure she has appreciated the time at her own house I think it's safe to say the kids have missed her!
its safe to say that one of my favorite things to do is organize-pretty lame I know but when your every moment is filled with chaos any ounce of organization helps! Today we organized an iPad/computer charging station and headphones! It's the little things that make me happy!
If I had to describe Kensley in only one word it would definitely be eclectic...she has a very unique sense of style. She loves to layer and accessorize!
The Christmas season has been a very busy one to say the least! We are finally on break and get to spend the majority of our days at home with the kids. They have been go-go-go for every minute of it! We were able to spend time with family and friends, had Santa visit the house, and take a couple road trips. (And yes, Jade is wearing a bathing suit top in some pictures...some battles just aren't worth fighting ;) )
I'm really far behind in my posts but Lexi officially became a teenager earlier this month! We took her and a few friends out to Shintos. Afterwards we picked up a donut cake from DonutLand and had the girls spend the night.
they recently had their 3-year checkup and as expected Brooke made up with their doctor right away. By the end of the visit they were all cooperating-Jade even told her Merry Christmas when we left! Giovanni

The day will come when they no longer fit in the tub together and I know it will be a bittersweet kind of day!
Every year I have grand plans for how family pictures will go and every year the kids remind me that no matter how much thought and planning goes into something it will always go as well as THEY want it to! This year we visited a tree farm here in Medina. The kids had a lot of fun running in between the trees in between shots. Maybe some year soon I'll get just one picture with everyone looking AND smiling...just not this year! |
