Its hard to believe summer is over already!!! The days flew by with hundreds of feedings and diapers--each day seemed to blur with the last--almost felt like the movie Groundhog Day!! haha... Mom is back up during the week and helping us out while we are at work. We have been lucky enough this year to have two volunteers--Sally and Linda--offer to spend the entire day with them on Mondays so that Mom has an extra day back home. I'm sure she is happy to have an extra day to relax and catch up on rest! Tina also helps us all day on Wednesdays--she has a natural talent when it comes to babies--somehow she manages to get work done while she is there too--never ceases to amaze me the things she is able to get accomplished! Theresa comes to us for part of the day on Tuesday...she has such a calm and relaxed sense of being that she brings with her and I swear the babies feed off of it. We also hired someone to fill in the gaps we had in finding help this year. Amanda comes to us 4 days a week and we couldn't have found a better person--she does so well with them and doesn't appear to be overwhelmed when they start crying--an important attribute when looking for someone brave enough to take on the task of five babies!! :) We also have a couple highschool girls-Allison and Kyleigh- who will be spending a few hours a week with us after they get off of school--they are great with the babies as well and its nice to have young legs to help mom take the babies up and down the stairs--they aren't getting any lighter!! The babies have been learning new things everyday it seems. I have some of the cutest and biggest milestones posted with some more to come--its hard to get everything caught on video!!

WOW!!! They are getting so big! I can't believe this is Lexi last year in elementary school. Where has the time gone? I really enjoy looking at the pictures of everyone. Wish we lived closer to help out more. Give everyone big kisses for me.

I can't believe all the things they are doing! The summer has flown by - I fully intended to come for a summer visit, but didn't. Plan to come more this school year to help out - even with good helpers, am pretty sure you wouldn't mind an extra set of hands!

Couldn't find a better bunch to spend my week with! I think Leighton has his first tooth coming in now too! So exciting to see the progress they have made in just a couple weeks :)

Hi there! Your babies are adorable. I certainly didn't have 5 babies all at once, but my oldest was still 4 years old when my 5th was born so I understand the craziness of a bundle of little ones. I am located in Brunswick and can't believe I have never heard your story before now. Good luck to you both. Such cute kiddos!
