Grandma and Grandpa Alferio are always good about taking lots of pictures while they are here. I hadn't "stolen" their pictures in a while so some of these date back to when it was still chilly out but cute none-the-less!

Thursday was our 3 year anniversary. Nancy and Alecia offered to take on bath and bedtime duty so we could go out to dinner in order to celebrate. We went to the Pomeroy House in Strongsville and although we almost didn't know what to do with our free time it was so nice to be able to sit down and enjoy dinner together.
I have been driving Jacob crazy about going to the zoo for the past several months...Finally the day came!! We planned leaving from the house around nap time hoping the babies would sleep in the car---nope---not a single one slept! haha....despite not having a nap and a later lunch time they all did great! We thought for sure their favorite animal would be the monkey but surprisingly they liked the kangaroos (hop-hops in their words) best. I think dad was disappointed the most in their lack of interest in the monkeys-after he pushed that stroller up that big hill to the primate house it would have been nice to see more reaction from them-hahahaha... We had quite a few hands on board to help us; Lexi brought her friend Emma, Amy of course, and our friend Buddy with his two daughters all joined us. I wish I had pictures of Buddy with his two daughters and their doll strollers-it was priceless and quite entertaining! I think we will try the Akron Zoo next because even though they don't have quite the exciting choice of animals to see its much more condense and might appeal more to them at this younger age. Not just any dad can raise quintuplet toddlers and not lose their mind!! haha...while Jacob will be the first to admit that he lacks patience no one can say he doesn't do an amazing job being dad! For Father's Day this year we (Amy and I) decided to pose each of the babies in a different "dad" pose and assemble them in a frame for him. Below are the pictures that we used...I tried to get a good picture of the actual frame but no matter what I did there was always a glare.
(I'm not sure why this post went to my drafts and didn't publish live but I love the photo so I had to put it up!)
